We want the return process to be clear and straightforward. Please review the conditions below before sending an item back.
Return window: Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items must generally be unused, unopened, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and included materials. Opened or used perfume, candles, diffusers, fragrance liquids, or similar products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Requesting a Return

- Include your order number, item, and reason.
- Wait for return instructions before sending the item.
3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos where applicable. After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return results from an error, damage, or defect for which XQJKA accepts responsibility, return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility. Do not send returns to the registered business address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
